If you’ve been browsing the site, you may have noticed that we’ve revealed the second series initially teased on our Books page. You may also have noticed that there’s three new stories (free) to read from Huldra House this week.

Though Hulderotica is a series of standalone stories it’s also an anthology series with an ongoing narrative. And because the many stories of the series bounce back and forth between multiple romantic pairings and groupings, if you don’t mind jumping around in the story a bit it’s entirely possible to follow along with the developing romantic arcs of your favourite pairs and groups.

Our First Standalone Story is Live!
While the majority of Huldra House’s releases in 2025 are focused on the Hulderotica series, there are two other non-Hulderotica releases planned for the year. One, in September, is a story tied to an upcoming series. The other, our first standalone story, just came out yesterday!
In Quiet Voices Speak, Mother of Beasts is a 2.5k lesbian horrorotica (SFW) experimental/Weird Fiction story you can grab from out store for free!
A Blog? A Blog! And Much News
With ever more things to announce/keep up with at Huldra House, it just makes sense to be running a blog. It will, mercifully for all concerned, not keep to a strict schedule. And I am going to try and keep this one brief, despite having multiple things to cover.
